2. Services
We provide digital eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are delivered electronically via QR code and email. We act as a reseller of eSIM plans from third-party providers.
3. Account Requirements
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders are honored at the purchase price.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for unused and unactivated eSIM plans within 7 days of purchase. Once an eSIM has been activated or data has been consumed, refunds are not available. Contact support@e-sim.onl for refund requests.
6. Service Availability
eSIM coverage, speed, and availability depend on local network operators and are not guaranteed. We make best efforts to provide accurate plan information but cannot control third-party network performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
