An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. It's built into most modern smartphones and lets you connect to mobile networks instantly.

After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email and in your dashboard. Simply scan it with your phone's camera or go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. The process takes about 2 minutes.

Your data plan typically starts when you first connect to a network in your destination country, not when you install the eSIM. So you can install it before your trip.

You can purchase a top-up plan through your dashboard at any time. Top-ups are applied instantly to your existing eSIM, so there's no need to install a new one.
