Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided the eSIM has not been installed on any device. An eSIM is considered installed once its QR code has been scanned or the activation code has been entered on a device.

  • Uninstalled eSIM: Full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Installed but unused eSIM: Not eligible for a refund. Once the QR code is scanned onto a device, the eSIM profile is bound to that device and cannot be refunded, even if no data has been consumed.
  • Activated or partially used eSIM: Not eligible for a refund.
  • Revoked eSIM: Not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through one of the following methods:

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Top-Up Refunds

Data top-ups are non-refundable once applied to an eSIM. Top-ups extend the validity and data allowance of an existing eSIM profile and cannot be reversed.

5. How to Cancel an eSIM

You can request cancellation of an eSIM through the following methods:

Cancellation is only possible for eSIMs that have not been installed on a device. Installed eSIMs cannot be cancelled.

6. What Happens When an eSIM Is Cancelled

When an eSIM is successfully cancelled:

  • The eSIM profile is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Any remaining data allowance is forfeited.
  • The QR code and activation code become invalid.
  • A refund is issued per the refund policy above.

7. eSIM Validity & Expiration

Purchased eSIMs remain valid for 180 days before first activation. After this period, uninstalled eSIMs expire automatically and are no longer eligible for a refund. Once activated, validity depends on the specific plan purchased.

8. Device Transfers

eSIMs cannot be transferred between devices. Each eSIM profile is bound to the device on which it was first installed. If you need data on a different device, a new eSIM must be purchased.
